Jessica Landon, MSW
Registered Social Worker

Do you feel overwhelmed or “all over the place” no matter how hard you try? Have you noticed what once felt manageable no longer does? Or perhaps the words are hard to find but you know you’re seeking support in a non-judgmental space.

I offer an empathetic, collaborative space for you to unpack your experiences, deepen insight, and gently explore new ways of moving through life in alignment with who you are. I support clients navigating a range of concerns - including mood and anxiety, life transitions, stress and burnout, anger management, and more - using a holistic, evidence-based, and neuroaffirmative approach.

While I support individuals across many areas, I have specialized training and a focused clinical interest in ADHD. I provide ADHD-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as support for parents, caregivers, and partners of individuals with ADHD. My work integrates current research and practical strategies to help clients better understand ADHD, reduce overwhelm, build strengths, and create sustainable systems that support daily life.

Trauma therapy at Blue Coast Psychotherapy can help you process past experiences and move forward.

TRAUMA CAN SHOW UP AS:
Persistent low mood, a feeling of heaviness, or a lack of enjoyment in things that used to bring you joy?

Flashbacks or intrusive memories

Nightmares or disturbed sleep

Hypervigilance or feeling “on edge”

Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe
Numbness, detachment, or avoidance

Anxiety, depression, or irritability

Trouble concentrating or remembering things

Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from yourself or others?

Do you feel stuck in the effects of trauma? Are previous experiences making it hard to feel safe, connected, or at peace?

Trauma can leave lasting imprints on both the mind and body, shaping how you see yourself, others, and the world around you. You may notice it in the form of anxiety, sleepless nights, feeling constantly on edge, or a deep sense of disconnection. At Blue Coast Psychotherapy, we understand that healing from trauma isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about gently creating space for safety, resilience, and reconnection. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, we support you in processing painful experiences and moving toward a life where calm, balance, and wholeness feel possible again.
