The ALIGN ADHD Program is a structured 12-week therapy program designed to help you better understand how ADHD shows up in your life and build strategies that actually work for you.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, this program combines structure, insight, skill-building, and real-life application—so you’re not just talking about challenges, but actively creating change.

How ALIGN Works

The program is broken into three phases, helping you build awareness, develop tools, and integrate lasting change.

Phase 1: Awareness

We start by understanding your ADHD—how it shows up in your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and daily patterns.

 

You’ll begin to:

  • Recognize patterns that keep you stuck

  • Understand your brain and nervous system

  • Build self-awareness without judgment

Phase 2: Systems & Strategies

Next, we focus on building personalized systems that support your daily life.

Together, we:

  • Create tools for organization, time management, and follow-through

  • Develop realistic routines that actually stick

  • Reduce overwhelm with clear, structured strategies

Phase 3: Integration & Growth

Finally, we focus on making these changes sustainable.

You’ll:

  • Strengthen consistency and follow-through

  • Learn how to adapt strategies as life changes

  • Build confidence and trust in yourself

The 12-Week Align Program Includes:

  • Brief assessments at the beginning, middle, and end to track your progress

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT

  • A structured, step-by-step program designed specifically for ADHD

  • Three guided workbooks to support you between sessions—and yours to keep

  • Personalized strategies tailored to your unique needs

  • Ongoing support and accountability throughout the program

  • Optional updates to your healthcare provider regarding your progress

  • Optional access to psychiatric consultation for diagnosis, medication, and treatment recommendations

  • Post-treatment plan to help sustain positive change
