Maybe you’ve always felt a little “all over the place,” no matter how hard you try to pull it together.

Maybe what once felt manageable no longer does, and you’re not sure what changed. Or perhaps you don’t have the words yet, but you know you’re looking for a space where you can show up as you are, without having to explain or justify yourself first. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, a major life transition, or the realization that your brain has been working much harder than it needed to because no one ever gave you the right map. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin.

I offer an empathetic, collaborative space to unpack your experiences, deepen insight, and explore new ways of moving through life that actually fit who you are. While I support clients across a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, and life transitions, I have specialized training and a focused clinical interest in ADHD. I provide ADHD-informed therapy for youth aged 12+ and adults, as well as support for parents, caregivers, and partners of individuals with ADHD. My work integrates current research and practical strategies to help clients better understand how their brain works, reduce overwhelm, build on existing strengths, and create sustainable systems for daily life. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness, shaped around what actually fits you.

I am a Registered Social Worker holding a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from King’s University College at Western University, with additional specialized training in ADHD-informed care, Internal Family Systems, CBT, anxiety treatment, and supporting late-identified neurodivergent adults. I am a member of the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance, the Ontario Association of Social Workers, and the Canadian Association of Social Workers. More than anything, my training has reinforced what I see every day in practice: many people have spent years believing they need to try harder, when what they really need is an approach that works with their brain instead of against it. I offer in-person therapy in Sarnia, as well as virtual and phone appointments across Ontario.

Outside the office, you’ll find me in the garden, on a yoga mat, by the lake, in the woods, or chasing golden hour. I have a genuine love of learning and tend to dive deep into what captures my curiosity, something that helps me appreciate both the strengths and challenges of a curiosity-driven mind. If you’re ready to stop wondering why things feel so difficult and start discovering what actually works for you, I’d love to help. Book a free consult and let’s talk.
