Come as you are. Heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

You’ve been doing your best to keep everything moving forward, but underneath it all, you’re exhausted. Maybe anxiety has become constant, or you’re navigating a relationship that feels disconnected, struggling with your confidence, or moving through a life transition that has left you questioning who you are. Perhaps you’re carrying the emotional weight of fertility challenges, hormonal changes, or reproductive experiences that feel difficult to explain to the people around you. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I work with individuals (12+) and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change. My approach starts with the belief that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, build practical tools that fit your life, and work toward goals that matter to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, polyvagal and somatic-informed approaches, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2). Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I have a particular interest in supporting anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, OCD, relationship concerns, attachment wounds, and women’s health, including fertility, hormonal changes, and reproductive experiences. This area is especially meaningful to me, and I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to this work.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). My additional training includes Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2, Certified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Professional (C-DBT), Internal Family Systems Complex Trauma Treatment, and Addiction Care and Treatment through the University of British Columbia. I offer in-person therapy in Sarnia, as well as virtual and phone appointments across Ontario. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available, and I am currently accepting new clients.

Outside of the therapy office, I’m a parent to one human teenager and two giant fur babies. I believe we care for others best when we also care for ourselves, so you’ll often find me practicing mindfulness, spending time outdoors, exercising, or relaxing in the sauna. These aren’t just things I encourage clients to do, they’re practices that help me stay grounded in my own life as well.

If you’re ready to stop carrying everything on your own, I’d love to help. Book a free consultation, and let’s talk about your next steps.
